Give me an email address and I will send you her key generator. She gave Z>this to me around May of 2016. I am sure it is alright to give this to you Z>also.
Try wx1der at gmail dot com -- if that does not work, send it to
wx1der at yahoo dot com or wx1der at winlink dot org -- GMail doesn't allow processing of EXE files.
Sent you an email to both accounts.
However, I tried it with the info generated, and it still would NOT
work for either Leviathan's Reef or Punchline with the BBS Name of
Shining Star Doors and the Sysop name of Enjoy! -- it kept saying "not a valid key"...and it matched the key file that had been posted. I'm not sure if it's looking for a previous version of those games...or data
in the registration string(s) is making the program barf.
So, what I may do, is do like Doug Rhea of bbsfiles.com did with one
set of doors where the code generator had been lost...make the registration info with my copy of the 2 doors noted above, so Sysops wanting to use those 2 as a registered copy, can do so.
Let me know what you think about that idea. One of my Visiting Sysops wants to use Leviathan's Reef on his BBS, but the key generator for
those 2 games isn't working, as it were.

Ok. Just tried it and I was able to register Leviathin Reef using my Name Z>and my BBS name (Ruben Figueroa and Prison Board). Worked just fine.
I checked the strings with what I had already, and they matched. What
I may do is set up different string for that one Sysop, and see if that will work for him. The "Shining Star Doors" for the BBS, and the
"Enjoy!" as the Sysop *WORKED* for all the other doors, but did not for Punchline and Leviathan's Reef.
Understood, that setup is a generic registered key, but I used my name and Z>bbs name to register Levianthan and it worked. Try that. His name and bbs Z>name.
It worked for mine...not sure if it did on his setup or not. He said he'd try to check it this weekend sometime.
Glad it worked out for you. Should work out for this sysop.

He said it still did not. I have a feeling that it requires a real
first and last name for the Sysop, and not a one word handle. However, he's rather picky on that,

oh good grief! what's wrong with "The Sysop" or similar?

Some Sysops prefer their privacy.
that's why i said "The Sysop" for the registered name...

no shit? that's why i said "The Sysop" for the registered name... somehow yo ML>misunderstood that... i don't care about the rest but if that guy can't acce ML>"The Sysop" for the registered to name, then something's wrong... don't be ML>""that guy""...
But I'nm not picky or paranoid.
wait a minute did I hear someething?
Many years ago, I had a friend who ran a very popular VADV board. He loved SD>register his doorgames but he was a real introvert, not preferring to use hi SD>real name.
Perhaps Daryl's friend could use some of these?
Hugh Jass
Hugo First
Seymour Butts
I.P. Freely
Peter Dragon
Who Flung Dung
Pig Benis
E. Rection
Wong Waye
There were many more but that's all that comes to my feeble mind now.
He also liked to use dead presidents' names.
His users loved it; there was a guessing game that went on in his BBS' local SD>chat conference about what name he was going to use next.
wait a minute did I hear someething?
Did you fart, or was that the modem whistling at you?? <G>
I remember the days of dial-up...an incoming call was music to the Sysop's ears.
But I'nm not picky or paranoid.

Yes, i remembrr those days when I heard the modem I ran to the computer to se Z>who was connecting.

Sounds like the title of some of the books in the bathroom bookrack.
Definitely not a boring BBS.
Hello Daryl,
Do you remember who it was?? The individual who got me started with
Yes but I'm not at liberty to say who he is. He hasn't run a BBS in 20 year SD>now.
Sounds like the title of some of the books in the bathroom bookrack.
Yeah, pretty crappy selections. Probably would make for good TP.
Definitely not a boring BBS.
It was even more interesting behind the scenes, heh.
wait a minute did I hear someething?
That's just the sound of helicopter blade wash outside your window. Nothing SD>to worry about.
I've debated about putting that on an answering machine, to make telemarketers think they got hold of a fax line. <G>

For a while I put the SIT tone in my outgoing message, that "boop boop BEEP" KW>tone you hear before you hear "I'm sorry, the number you have reached has be KW>disconnected or no longer in service"
Quite a few predictive dialers use that sound to flag a number as non-valid KW>take it out of their list.
My mother-in-law at the time would hear the tone and hang up, so it was a KW>double-win.
But I'nm not picky or paranoid.

I hear Russian hackers trying to steal my emails!!! :o
