I have never liked the typical American orange marmalade -- far too
sweet for me. I got used to British marmalades when we lived there
years ago. I have found a local store brand of orange marmalade, made with Seville oranges that I really like. Years ago when Ian was
visiting, he brought some of his orange marmalade for us to try.
Neither of us could tell the difference.
Every now and then I will gift a jar of it to Nancy Backus when she happens to be visiting.
