    Well, good luck on that invention, but there
    have been apricot cremes and brandies for
    centuries now. Of course, the usual uses for
    such have been teenager drinks, but still.
    My daiquiris always have a pirate approved amount of rum in them.

    Ar! Everything's okay, then.

    Here's another possibility:
    Title: Apricot Rum Fizz
    2 oz Aged rum (not spiced)
    1 oz Apricot nectar
    1/2 oz Freshly squeezed lime juice
    3 oz Ginger beer

    Exotic flamingo aperitif
    categories: Swiss, booze, vegan
    servings: 2

    prosecco
    1 apricot
    2 passionfruit, strained juice of
    grenadine
    garnish such as watermelon, raspberries,
    - lemon, peppermint leaves

    Puree the apricot. Divide between two
    Champagne flutes. Fill 3/4 of the way
    with sparkling wine.

    Divide the passionfruit juice between
    the glasses and finish with a splash
    of grenadine.

    Serve with fruit garnish and mint leaves.
