So you finally got to one... ;) Too bad about the slaw, but
good that the meat was good... :)
If we ever get to another rodeo, we might go back to this truck, or
try something new. Our favorite gyro place had a truck but I suggested
we try something new. Couldn't do some because of corn (tortillas),
others didn't have the appeal that the bbq place did. Small rodeo so
not many trucks to choose from, but we did well with what we picked.
Sounds like... :) I suppose another rodeo might have some other
trucks, so you might have others to choose from... :)

Hopefully so. It was quite hot out there so not too many people yet
(and we were on the early side of the hours posted). Maybe more came as the afternoon wore on.

At least one wouldn't have to heat up the kitchen... (G)

for a long term hold for us.
Not bad at all... Have you finished going through the stack
    yet...?
Finished by Friday night. I did a lot of skimming, knew I had to
get VBS craft projects pulled together over the week end.
And soon enough, you'll have another stack waiting for you, when
    you return from VT... :)

    Not nearly so many.

    True, it's a much shorter trip... ;)

Since we do VBS outside, we won't have to worry about making a
mess. If it rains, we have to meet inside, I'll have to re-juggle
the crafts so as not to make a mess.

Hopefully it will be good weather all week....

    ... I haven't lost my mind...it's backed-up somewhere!

True--we got the sandwiches (on big buns) to go; they were still warm
when we got home. (Home was only a few blocks away.)

About half the length of the first one. We're going to stay up in NY
after the picnic to try to visit family so that trip will probably end
up about the same length also.

So far, in 3 years, we've had only one rain relocation. Last year the
rain held off until we just finished packing up the van on the last day.

    ... I haven't lost my mind...it's backed-up somewhere!

Finding that somewhere is the challenge tho. (G)
