    Too late.

I'd guess that the less sooty candles are also
    less effective in odor neutralizing.
They actually do a really good job.
H'm - maybe they put out chemicals other than
those present in ordinary candle smoke.
Don't know, they're quite clean burning.
Visible smudge is not the only by-product
    of combustion.
No, they, like all candles, do take oxygen out of a room, making it
    harder to breathe.

It would be interesting what the soy candles
    produce that counteracts odors.

That CD was what got our girls interested in classical music. They
were > just the right ages to appreciate the subtle humor of it.
So it served its purpose. The first couple albums
were fresh and interesting, then oldness seems to
have taken over; but if they made an audience, or
made an audience more educated, all the better.
And he has introduced a lot of people to classical music.

Also interesting as to how one could enjoy
his brand of comedy without a grounding in
    music to begin with.

I guess one of these days I'll have to save up my pennies, then
spend > them on a trip over there.
    Highly recommended.
But Steve wants to go Italy, specifically the toe of the "boot" where
his mom's family roots are. Have to save enough pennies to go there on
    the same trip.

The train service is reasonably reliable
and reasonably priced. It would probably
be easier to fly into and out of Germany
and get a Eurailpass or whatever they call
    it nowadays.

But we all have our own unique outlook on life, etc.

    I should hope so!

In modest concentration, the odor is not too
unpleasing, sort of like that touch of hing
    of which we've been speaking.
I've smelled enough of it over my lifetime that even the slightest smell
of skunk is enough skunk for me.

That's based no doubt on your always having
disliked the smell, which estimation my friend
doesn't share at all, and I share only partially.

    Title: Bean Burrito Layers
I can see where it gets the name--lots of beans. (G)

Could be worse - could have been bean burrito lawyers.

    Burritos Frutas
    categories: easy, dessert
    yield: 1 batch

Flour Tortillas (we prefer the 8 or 10" size as they fold better)
Your favorite jams, jellies, or pie fillings
Melted butter (margarine is better for this recipe)
Granulated or Powdered Sugar (we prefer granulated)

    A fast dessert or snack

Heat 6 tortillas at a time in microwave between wet paper towels
or wet fabric towels for about 40 seconds (towels keep tortillas
    moist).

Baste each tortilla one one side with melted margarine. Spread
your favorite filling lightly on the tortilla. Roll the t. one
complete time; fold in the sides; roll completely. Baste top of
    t. rolls with melted margarine and sprinkle on sugar. Bake in
400 degree oven just until the sugar and maragine crisp. Remove
and make a pig of yourself on Burritos Frutas!

    * If using the large 10" tortillas, you can cut them in half
after crisping in the oven; some folks prefer the smaller size.
The burritos frutas are also good cold or at room temp.

True, but I'm not a chemist so I couldn't begin to figure it out.

    Very true, like Victor Borge.

Eventually we might. And, I know already, most real Italian food is
nothing like what is served here in the USA. Except maybe in the
Calabrian region--one of our favorite restaurants here in WF is an
Italian one. The owner/main cook is from Calabria and what he cooks
tastes very much like Steve's mom cooks.

But we all have our own unique outlook on life, etc.

    I should hope so!

    That's the fun of it.

Depends on where you were raised and how many skunks were in that area.
