I'm so boring. To me the only way to eat a sweet potato is to bake
it. Cut in half a small bit of butter and a touch of salt. Heaven.

Baked, skin on, salt, butter. My wife like them peeled, boiled,
mashed, salt, butter. Neither of liked them candied.

I like them best baked, skin on, plenty of butter... or just skip the
butter and eat out of hand... :) We generally bake one, and split it
between us... :)
