Does anyone have any other idea of how to cover raw Fish with Flour
before cooking it in a George Foreman Grill? Thanks!
Use mayonnaise as your binder. viz ....
I mentioned Mayonnaise to the Wife and She didn't want to use that
when cooking Fish.

MMMMM
Seeing Your use of "MMMMM" between sections made Me remember seeing
"NNNN" at the end of Radioteletype Messages when I was in the U.S.
Navy.
Or are You saying "MMMMM" as in "It Smells Good"?
I started as above and ended here ..... basically the same recipe
with bread crumbs. It won't be crunchy like a Mrs. Paul deep-fried
fish stick but it's decent. Remember to oil the George or this will
tend to stick.
