Does anyone have any other idea of how to cover raw Fish with Flour
before cooking it in a George Foreman Grill? Thanks!

Use mayonnaise as your binder. viz ....

I mentioned Mayonnaise to the Wife and She didn't want to use that
    when cooking Fish.

How does she make tartar sauce for fish?

    MMMMM

Seeing Your use of "MMMMM" between sections made Me remember seeing
"NNNN" at the end of Radioteletype Messages when I was in the U.S.
    Navy.

Or are You saying "MMMMM" as in "It Smells Good"?

The "MMMMM" id from the recipe formatting software. There is a choice
in the output of "-----" or "MMMMM" to begin lines of dashes. Back in
the day some BBSes spit up on "tear-lines" (lots of dashes). I use the
"MMMMM" headers because they are aesthetically more pleasing to me.

    Bv)=

I started as above and ended here ..... basically the same recipe
with bread crumbs. It won't be crunchy like a Mrs. Paul deep-fried
fish stick but it's decent. Remember to oil the George or this will
    tend to stick.

We use Dill Weed to add some flavor to Oyster Crackers.

Some people don't like dill weed. Can you believe it?
