I was able to download MSFS 2024 last night (it sounds like a lot of
people have had problems with that), and I was able to run it for a few
minutes (I didn't have a whole lot of time). I think it looks great so
far, and the video was very smooth - it seems to run better than MSFS
2020 (I may have to check the graphics settings though).

Anyone here ever user MSFS (or any sim for that matter) with VATSIM? I was on Vatsim for some years, but have been inactive for 10+ yrs now.

I have been using VATSIM lately and the experience was absolutely awesome. Those guys are both really professional and friendly/helpful.
It adds so much to the experience of VFR. Especialy when you're a beginner like myself and need a handful of runs over the airfield to get a good landing setup and be able to land to full stop.
They accompany the use of the tool with a Discord server, which comes very much in handy when installing and using it.
    Cheers!
