Greetings All!


Do any of you know how I can change the default mystic bulletin header? I have tried editing bulletin.asc which it does allow me to do, but when new bulletin created it defaults back to the stock bulletin header. I looked through, prompts, bulletin script etc I can not locate where that graphic is called.?
