Probably not. I've added it to the todo list to look at.

The OS poll I posted in Synchronet Discussion yesterday has mysteriously vanished from plain sight unless it got moved to a different area. But I highly doubt it though.
GNU/Linux
GNU/Linux
That was a construction by Stallman that was based entirely
on inaccuracies. His contention is that Linux owes a great
debt of gratitude to the GNU project for ... something. But
"Linux" refers to the kernel, not the userspace, and that
owes far more to Andy Tannenbaum and the 1127 crew at BTL
than to GNU or RMS.
Now particular distributions of "Linux" that contain a GNU
userland arguably owe something to the GNU project. But
Linux itself, which again is simply the kernel, does not.
Well ha ha. The joke’s on you then.
Maybe he thinks the GNU tools included with many Linux distros helped popularize Linux?

Well there is the compiler...
Well there is the compiler...
I'm not even sure how relevant _that_ is. When Torvalds started
writing Linux, he could have used Tanenbaum's compiler from the ACK.
Now days, the cool kids are working on getting Linux to build with
clang and LLVM. :-)
GCC will, perhaps sadly, be relegated to the dustbin of history,

I suppose, as sentient being, you could employ your own 'twistlist' and simp ignore and not open any posts/replies from Millionaire :-P
No problem. I have since been forced to reconsider setting up the twit filter, because of a very abusive person elsewhere, though it seems that person has gone away. Maybe the originating sysop decided to boot them, in which case, I'll be back to not worrying about twit filters.
