yeah, that's seriously different from TW2002... i've never even heard of it and i was deep into all of the TW stuff...

Not sure, but I think it is coded in a completely different language
than the 2002 versions.

it might be from the early pascal one that got out... i found one or two of those source code packs on my main system some time back... i don't recall downloading them but apparently i did... they weren't very large, either... not sure what i did with them, now...

I found a DOS copy of TW2, which is the same version I think the SBBS java version is based on. It runs so I am happy. :)

Now all I have to do is finish upgrading my door converter so that it will create DOOR.SYS and DORINFOx files so that I can add Yankee Trader to my
list of doors (thanks to the link you shared last week!).
