    I restored from backup so I lost some messages so posting an update on my problem.
    When running Synchronet 3.18c compile on Jan 3rd I had a problem getting disconnected when reading new messages. This only happend when connected via telnet. I restored from a backup and now running 3.18c compiled Dec 31st and no longer have the problem.

    I had this same problem today. SBBS crash while using DDMsgReader to read messages. Digital Man made a commit today (9314c47c) which has fixed it for me so far.
