At some point when I first started, I somehow turned of Bulletins when users logon, Now I would like to turn them back on and have users see them as part of their logon. I cant not figure out how to do this.

If someone could point me in the right direction by either letting me know where in the SCFG or some documentation it would be greatly appreciated.
