    Hello Digital man,

Is it possible to set qnet-ftp to turn off passive mode when doing qwk net transfers?

I have been having trouble with one of my qwk-net links so I logged onto the affected ftp site and tried to list the contents with no results. When I issue "passive" to turn off passive mode I can get a list of files and directories there.

Sure, edit exec/qnet-ftp.src and remove or comment-out (with #) the following line:

    set _ftp_mode FTP_PASV

And then recompile with Baja ("baja qnet-ftp").

That worked thanks. I copied qnet-ftp.src to qnet-ft1.src, made that change and compiled it with baja and will use that for connections that don't seem to work with passive mode.
