Probably use filelist.js (with v3.19):
https://wiki.synchro.net/module:filelist

Then post the generated list using postmsg.js: https://wiki.synchro.net/module:postmsg

It likely wouldn't be hard to integrate message posting support directly into filelist.js if you think that feature would be useful.
