    I am fairly new to this, so I don't have much knowledge.

    Which logo where?

    If you mean "Sycnhronet" at the top left of the main menu,

    In text/menu/main.asc you'll see the first line has an include

    @INCLUDE:%zmenu/head.asc@

    Now, I created me own asc header and called it eothheader.asc and replaced
    the text in the main.asc file. This is probably the wrong way to do it.

    There may be better advise in the wiki under customization.

    and you placed your modified version of main.asc in the /mods directory with your logo file, right? ;)

    No. I tried creating a new head.asc and putting it in mods and it didn't work. I didn't think of trying to put main.asc in there too. I just realized it looks like the @INCLUDE has a path. I did this way before I really knew what I was doing :) I should go fix that.

    Text files aren't pull from the mods directory - just "executables" (.bin and .js files).
