Britons should expect the introduction of further emergency laws if the Government's current measures are ignored, the national chairman of the
Police Federation of England and Wales said.

On Monday, Prime Minister Boris Johnson said tougher restrictions on
people's movements during the crisis would be enforced by police and
warned those ignoring them would be fined.

Those who flouted the restrictions could face more than fines if they
persisted with their behaviour, John Apter wrote in today's Daily
    Telegraph.

"If you don't heed this government's advice, then it is likely further
steps may need to be taken; further laws and emergency legislation could
be introduced to clamp down harder on selfishness in the face of the fight against this virus," he wrote.

The new measures give officers powers to disperse gatherings of more than
two people apart from those who live together.

People can be issued an initial £30 fine and could end up in court if they
    do not pay.

    ### - 'enforced' rules now instead of 'advice'? (riiiight... bye-bye civil liberties!)

jeez that's half-way to full martial law!?

so we're prisoners in our homes now?

current 'advice' being to only go out for necessities/shopping once per
week! the police having powers from friday to stop and question anyone
found outside, any purpose other than the 'allowed' + listed ones risking
a fine and/or even imprisonment for repeat offenders...

    well, we're a captive-audience now that's for sure, so what's next i
wonder once they begin to feel that power eh? forced/systematic testing to start maybe?? followed by forced labour when the shortages begin to really
bite in a: no work no food-type scenario?? (i.e. the uk can't itself
produce enough food to feed everyone here so if all borders ever become
closed food will have to be rationed as per + during ww2); the army
patrolling the streets + the shooting of looters??

    haha probably/hopefully not ;)

but it's all very sobering all this innit though heh...

so are we all waking up a bit now then? our complacency & familiar
    routines completely shot to pieces?

    wow suddenly everything's... different!

hello & good morning everyone :)

hello & good morning everyone :)

like i said 'how does it feel' ?

son of a bitch is this as good as it's gonna get ?

alright break is over back to work, under you go .

    ## - ahem... not allowed to work here anymore 'coz of the crisis?
    (grinz...)

so just 'back-under' will have to do for now haha :)))

(lol hell's gettin' worse-er-rer here boss!)

received my quina-quina bark (woof-woof!) from ebay today hehe...

which i shall keep to use in case my monkey starts showing any symptoms

a better idea/regime perhaps than using it in-advance as it's prolly
better to actually catch this shit and recover from it than to not get it
at all? (spells immunity later on i mean)

on another note: read one report how they found this virus still remaining
on hard surfaces of that cruise ship 17 days after everyone had
disembarked from it? iow, it's likely spread throughout every community by
now + long before anyone even started showing any symptoms as it can
apparently also take up to 2 weeks to do so... so much so, one professor
here now saying/suggesting that up to 50% of the uk has probably already
    caught it...

(poor monkey's gettin' edgy? so less coffee & more tea for you my man
    heh...)
