If I had the virus in February, then what I discovered
is that at some point a person has to buckle up in an overstuffed
chair or a comfortable sofa and "Let the battle begin," that is
why people drop dead in the street, they get fatigued, dehydrated
and confused and just keep plodding along. It's a deceptive virus
that tries to trick the body into not detecting or fighting the virus.

Boris needs to chill and wait for the rigors to set in for 72 hours.

According to Oxford Dictionaries, the word rigor is defined as “a sudden feeling of cold with shivering accompanied by a rise in temperature, often with
copious sweating, at the onset or height of a fever.” However, rigor is the more unpleasant and
difficult condition that one can experience. In short, it is a tremor caused by
the chill. Rigor occurs because the patient’s body is effectively shivering in a physiological attempt to increase the body temperature to the new set point. There are 104
conditions associated with chills and rigors. Rigor is more dangerous than chills.

    ### - jesus! i was right! (am not always happy to be right...)

Boris Johnson has been admitted to hospital after his coronavirus symptoms persisted for 10 days, No 10 has said.

Mr Johnson, 55, was taken to a NHS London hospital on Sunday evening and
will undergo precautionary tests. He is expected to stay in overnight.

He remains in charge of the Government and in contact with Ministers and officials, Downing Street said in a statement. But it is likely Dominic
Raab will chair the daily Covid-19 meeting on Monday morning for ministers
and officials, which is usually led by the PM.

A Downing Street spokesperson said: “On the advice of his doctor, the
Prime Minister has tonight been admitted to hospital for tests.

“This is a precautionary step, as the Prime Minister continues to have persistent symptoms of coronavirus ten days after testing positive for the virus.

    ***

fuck me, he's been carted-off to hospital... so is the boris gonna make
    it??

had to be a reason they slipped that strange message in earlier innit...

his pregnant wife has also gone down with it too?

damn! this is getting serious now!

    ### - this just in here in the last hour or so:

Trump on Johnson's hospital admission: 'intensive care is big stuff'

President Trump has been holding his daily White House briefing on
coronavirus, in which he paid tribute to Boris Johnson, saying he had
“found him to be a fantastic person, a fantastic warm strong smart guy. He loves his country, you see that. He fought like hell for his country. But intensive care is big stuff, really big stuff...”

    Trump also said:

We’re very saddened to hear that [Johnson] was taken into intensive care
this afternoon, a little while ago, and Americans are all praying for his recovery. He’s been a really good friend. He’s been really something very special: strong resolute; doesn’t quit; doesn’t give up.

And I’ve asked two of the leading companies – these are brilliant companies. Ebola, Aids, they’ve come with the solutions and just have done incredible jobs – and I’ve asked them to contact London immediately. They’ve really advanced therapeutics ... and they have arrived in London already, the London office has whatever they need.

We’ll see if we can be of help. We’ve contacted all of Boris’s doctors, and we’ll see what is going to take place, but they are ready to go.

But when you get brought into intensive care, that gets very, very serious
    with this particular disease.

So, the two companies are there. And with what they are talking about, and it’s rather complex and has had really incredible results. We’re working with the FDA and everybody else but we are working with London with
    respect to Boris Johnson.

    ### - hopefully whatever they's bringing him will work just fine and he'll recover...

and 'then' maybe they'll roll this same stuff out to the rest of us huh :)

(they still wanna wait 'months' here before allowing the general public to
try it, when everyone who starts showing symptoms 'should' be offered it immediately at the point of first contacting the nhs in order to give them
    the best chance of survival...)

    An update on Boris
Oxygen with a nose plug but no ventilator.

    https://news.sky.com/story/coronavirus-boris-johnson-is-not-on-a-ventilator-after-spending-night-in-intensive-care-11969756

    ### - there's respirators and ventilators, the former being like a
pressurised mask worn on the face that forces more oxygen into the lungs
with each breath, whereas the latter is an invasive therapy with a tube
down into the lungs (intubated)that actually breaths for you so the
patient has to be completely sedated + paralysised using a curare-type
drug to allow it to do so...

boris is still conscious so he can only be on the former...

they's currently giving anyone in his particular situation a 50/50 chance
of making it back out of intensive care, once you go onto a ventilator, however, very few (if any) make it back from there...

i had some work done 6 months ago and i was about to
"go under" and the drug man doctor put on some Doors
for me. I was out in 3 seconds. He knew i was from the 60's.
    ha ha.

There's a pretty cool super moon rising at 6:57 PM eastern standard time.
Not sure about other time zones. Moon is at its closest point and full.
They call it a Pink Moon. Check out your local weather reports for moon rise.

    ### - well the boris appears to be improving overnight (at least that's
what they's sayin') so maybe his doctors dropped the stiff upper-lip bit
for a minute and 'allowed' him to have the gear mr-t sent over expressly
for him? (publicly they prolly don't wanna say/admit they gave it to him)

they don't believe in it here heh, small studies of about 1500 are
on-going but that's about it + why people aren't yet 'baying' for it
en-mass considering the publicity about it is really quite surprising?
(was half-expecting break-ins to pharmacies and doctors surgeries as peeps helped themselves to what might turn out to be a life-saver?)

trouble is they don't mention it here much (if at all) except dismissively
+ never screen mr-t going on about it in their news clips/papers at all,
that only if you watched those lengthy briefings would you even really
    know about it...

what 'was' highly publicised, however, being the dire story of the couple
who took the wrong version of that compound for cleaning fishtanks, one of
    whom died?

so that's how they deal with things here innit by deliberately scaring
people off with horror stories + little or no mention of it in the papers
    or news shows...

meanwhile we hit our highest number of fatalities in 24 hours here with
another 936 having died overnight and which is easily now on a par with
italy & spain's dire daily figures but with our peak still to come! one
dude here now suggesting that we're prolly gonna be spending the rest of
the year in lockdown instead of only another few weeks?

gee thanx + merry xmas :)))

    ### - he's seemingly sitting up now and off the face mask breather, so
    still improving...

which is defo good news seein' as 938 more peeps died here yesterday!?
    (geez)

i also liked mr-t's striking story re someone who was nearly 'dead' (lol)
and whose hubby ran out to the drugstore and got them some hydro' and only
4 hours later they were sitting up feeling better etc? and that it also
works to stop ya getting it in the first place!

and now, what with him apparently coming to the boris' rescue as well
across the pond with the hydro heh (which is what peeps might well think actually happened although dunno if they actually gave it to him) and lo & behold old boris is now sitting up as well! (cool)

that the resulting demand + growing clamor for this hydro'stuff will
surely grow louder now as people cotton to its potentially life-saving
value, and then maybe we'll all get some! lol :)))

give us the damn hydro' dammit! :)))

we want hydro! we want hydro!

just in case! just in case!

    lol :)
