    The characters explicitly mentioned channel five, and even rhymed it
    with alive. The Fox affiliate here in the DC area is indeed channel
    five. But presumably it's different in other cities. Did they say
    channel five everywhere, or did each city get a version with the
    correct channel number for that city? And if the latter, what did
    they rhyme it with? Thanks.

    Fox here is channel 8, and the song was about channel 5. It wouldn't be out of the realm of possibility, but very unlikely, for them to make a song for each channel number. (If they wanted to, there would also be a *lot* of numbers to do. It's channel 29
    in Philadelphia, for example, so we're talking dozens.)
